There are 4 different adapters. They differ only in features; they all practise the same adapting with all of the same lenses. Each has a mount which accepts all EF and all EF-S lenses. They only take air within; they have no optics.
All are 24.00mm thick from flange to flange. The EOS-R flange focal distance (FFD) is 20.00mm and the EOS EF FFD is 44.00mm, so 44 - 20 = 24.
